MOVE, SWEAT AND SHAKE IT OUT IN A POWER YOGA PRACTICE THAT TRULY CONNECTS MOVEMENT WITH BREATH AND INVITES THE CORE TO FEEL ALIVE!

This practice will support your connection to the fire centre of the body (core) in a balanced sequence intended to inspire the mind and body. We will explore repetition in movement with breath, standing asanas that require steadiness and concentration, playfulness in arm balances, seated asanas for strength and length, and cooling supine postures. This practice will conclude with a meditation on the Manipura Chakra, which is the energy centre associated with the core.
