 According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, your spleen and stomach are the energetic controllers which support your faith, hope and trust in the process of life. When they are out of balance, it can cause worry and anxiety. In this workshop you will learn
 a series of exercises with breath  to support your overall health and well-being and prevent the Monkey Mind scenario, as well as ways to shift negative energy states to positive ones.
